Welcome to Lore & Quest Localization. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

We offer professional Turkish localization services for video games, including but not limited to text translation, cultural adaptation, voice-over script translation, and in-game content consultancy. All services are tailored specifically for the Turkish gaming market.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide all necessary materials, references, and context to ensure accurate localization.
  • Respond to queries in a timely manner to avoid project delays.
  • Ensure they hold all legal rights to the materials shared with us.

3. Project Scope & Revisions

  • Project scope, deadlines, and pricing will be clearly communicated before work begins.
  • Minor revisions are included within the agreed price. Significant changes or scope creep may incur additional charges.
  • Final delivery will only proceed after client approval of all deliverables.

4. Payments

  • Payments will be made according to the agreed schedule, either as milestones or upon project completion.
  • Delayed payments may result in suspension of ongoing work.
  • All payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card through our partnered payment platforms.
  • All prices are final, with no additional taxes or fees applied.

5. Confidentiality

  • All materials, assets, and discussions related to the project will be treated as confidential.
  • We do not share client data or project information with third parties unless legally required.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, the localized content rights will be transferred to the client.
  • Lore & Quest Localization retains the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless an NDA states otherwise.

7. Liability

  • While we strive for the highest quality, we cannot be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from errors or omissions in our work.
  • Maximum liability is limited to the total project fee paid by the client.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate a project if the other party breaches these terms.
  • In the event of termination, work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced and payable.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
  • Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Antalya/Türkiye.
