  • All systems and tools used for localization projects require user authentication.
  • Access permissions are granted based on the principle of least privilege, ensuring users only access data required for their role.
  • External devices and unauthorized software installations are prohibited on company systems.

5. Third-Party Security

  • Third-party vendors and freelancers working with Lore & Quest Localization are required to adhere to our information security standards.
  • Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are mandatory before any project data is shared.

6. Incident Management

  • All employees are trained to recognize and report potential security incidents.
  • In the event of a data breach or security incident, Lore & Quest Localization will investigate, mitigate, and notify affected parties in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

7. Data Retention & Disposal

  • Client files are retained only for the duration necessary to provide services.
  • Upon project completion, files are securely archived or deleted according to client requirements.

8. Policy Review

This policy is reviewed at least annually to ensure it remains effective and aligned with evolving security threats and business needs.
